Orchard Street Homeownership Opportunity

Opportunity Knocks

Are you dreaming of owning your own home? If so, you’re in the right place. We’re thrilled to announce a new homeownership opportunity for first-time homebuyers!

The Orchard Street Green Homeownership Project is located in the North Common neighborhood, one of the oldest sections of the City – in fact, Orchard Street is home to some of the last remaining historic mill worker housing originally built by the founding Essex Company, consisting of brick row houses on the southern side of the street known as Mechanic’s Row.

These highly green, energy-efficient town-houses will have:

3 Bedrooms
2.5 Bathrooms
Master bedroom has a walk-in closet
Full Basement with washer and dryer hookups
2 parking spots in the rear
Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven
Electric heating

This initiative is not just about buying a house—it’s about building a home and creating a stable foundation for your future. We’re here to guide you through every step of the process, from understanding mortgages to closing the deal.
