Resident Services

The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) supports LCW tenants by connecting them to programs, services, and community resources. This role focuses on building strong relationships with tenants, staff, and partners to foster a supportive and engaged community.

 

The RSC organizes community events, promotes civic engagement, and provides individualized support to help tenants strengthen social connections and improve their quality of life. The coordinator also encourages tenant leadership, facilitates communication with property management, and ensures access to needed resources.

Additionally, the RSC contributes to community planning, tracks and reports data, and collaborates across departments to create opportunities that promote empowerment, self-sufficiency, and a positive living environment.
