My name is Jessy, and I’m the chef and owner of Jessy’s Place Café here in Lawrence, Massachusetts. I started out cooking from my home because I felt like our community needed healthier options, and I wanted to do my part.Over time, that turned into the café we have today and I just knew I wanted my cafe to be located in Lawrence Ma where it would make a difference. Serving fresh, scratch made food, smoothies, and coffee.
But honestly, it’s more than just a cafe to me. This is something I’m truly living every day because this is what I practice daily. My journey has shaped everything I do, and I try to bring that into the space whether it’s through food,wellness experiences like hiking and yoga or community connections.
I really believe in caring for our community through food, movement, and transparency. And as long as I’m here, that’s what I’m going to keep doing, creating a space where people feel nourished, encouraged to take care of themselves.
