Since 1986, LCW has proudly partnered with the Greater Lawrence community to build a stronger, more vibrant city. What began with a small group of affordable housing advocates has grown into more than $150 million invested in community development, more than 2,000 affordable homes created, and programs that help families build financial stability, pursue meaningful careers, and achieve homeownership. We’re equally proud to celebrate 20 years of Movement City, our creative youth program that has empowered more than 2,000 young people through dance, arts, STEM, music, and mentorship.
