Building social capital — the number and strength of connections that you have with others — leads to increased opportunity. Many people get jobs, access resources, improve their neighborhoods and make friends based on relationships.

Because all of our programs are rooted in network organizing, LCW is building an environment where people have the opportunity to create and nurture connections that are mutually beneficial and spur community change. Our goal with the below programs is to facilitate these connections, support civic engagement and communitywide campaigns, and foster deeper connectivity, leadership development, and resident-led social change.

Our “signature” organizing strategy aimed at building relationships between neighbors and improving neighborhoods.

Community Education Circles

Modeled after our success NeighborCircles format but focused on building school-based relationships between teachers, parents, administrators, and students.
